Tata Motors Eyes €3.8 B/$4.4-4.5 B Acquisition of Iveco

Tata Motors is set to acquire Italian commercial vehicle giant Iveco's truck and bus operations for approximately €3.7-3.8 billion ($4.4-4.5 billion).
