To ensure that the overseas service team can be "ready to call upon", at the beginning of 2025, the company's after-sales service division carefully organized the service technicians who were about to be dispatched to Nigeria to receive a two-week closed specialized training at Dongfeng Technician College. This training breaks away from the traditional theoretical indoctrination model and focuses on strengthening the practical operation skills of technicians. By simulating the maintenance scenarios under complex overseas working conditions, it enhances the practical skills of technicians. After the training, all technicians passed the strict dual assessment and certification of theory and practical operation, laying a solid technical foundation for the smooth progress of subsequent overseas service work.

Before the vehicles were dispatched, Konghaitao, the Nigerian National Service Manager of the African Regional Marketing Center, personally went to the domestic port to assist the service provider team in conducting PDI (Pre-shipment Inspection) checks on each of the 1,600 vehicles throughout the process. From the level and quality of engine fluid to the precise adjustment of tire pressure; From every lighting function of the lighting system to the torque check of the chassis bolts, every detail is strictly verified in accordance with Dongfeng's global unified quality inspection standards, leaving no potential hazards unchecked to ensure the high-quality shipment and delivery of the vehicles.
After two months of ocean shipping, the vehicle arrived smoothly at the Port of Lagos, Nigeria. In response to the local special environment of high temperature and humidity as well as the highly challenging port operation conditions, the company has deployed four experienced technicians in advance to provide support in the port. With their professional technical capabilities and rich experience, they efficiently assist clients in completing key operation links such as unloading ships and moving vehicles, effectively avoiding possible delivery delays.

The content comprehensively covers daily driving skills, key points of vehicle maintenance and repair, as well as emergency handling procedures. To eliminate language barriers, we have specially invited the customer's fleet manager to participate in the translation work, precisely converting professional content from English into the local Hausa language. In addition, the team has also produced short videos such as "Driver Operation Guide" and "Basic Maintenance Tutorial", which are convenient for drivers to review and consult at any time.
